This tool helps country teams and researchers assess how a national cybersecurity strategy aligns with the NCS Guide 2025. It is a scoring workspace, not a public ranking service.

Assessments are confidential by default. Optional public sharing is the account holder's responsibility; shared assessments become visible to signed-in users for viewing and compare.

Scores use an app-defined Full / Partial / Absent / N/A scale disclosed in-product. The NCS Guide itself has no official maturity scores.

Data controller (placeholder): ITU / BDT (or the hosting institution designated for this deployment). Contact the site administrator for data requests.

Account and assessment data are retained for as long as the account and assessments exist. To delete an account or assessments, contact an administrator.

Cookies are used for the signed-in session only (authentication). No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are set by this application.
