Scoring bands (Full / Partial / Absent / N/A) are defined by this application for structured review. They are not official ITU or NCS Guide maturity ratings.
Accounts may be verified, assigned a country, or disabled by administrators. Misuse, unauthorized access attempts, or attempts to circumvent access controls may result in account disablement.
The hosting institution (placeholder: ITU / BDT) may update these terms. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of material updates published on this page.
